The hotel was located near to the City Center, restaurants and shopping and the marine museum. The rooms were lovely and clean, liked it. Everything was brand-new as expected, yet the bathroom was cold. Most of the staffs were helpful and friendly...
Some of the staff were quite busy.

Marvellous and incredible location a 10-15 minute walk from a long-established zoo. An electronic key card, a multi-channel television, and a writing table in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. The amiable stuff and their attitude...
Cold bathroom.

The hotel's location was great and good in an isolated area. Moreover, it's close enough to Central Train Station and transport.

I had a lovely time enjoying the super comfy beds and the spacious rooms, not to mention the handy shared kitchen on our floor for making snacks. The place is perfect for unwinding with a cozy lounge and a charming patio to relax on. Just wish the reception was a bit more accessible after hours, but overall, it didn't diminish our stay 😊

No air conditioning in the room!!! Opening the window exposes you to noise from the restaurant below. Limited reception amenities are frustrating, especially with no restrooms after check-out!!!

Staying with a group of friends was awesome! We loved the beautiful view over the canal and the delicious breakfast options. The location was perfect for visiting the Dutch National Opera & Ballet and exploring nearby cafes. Definitely recommend the cozy bar for a nightcap!
We had a hiccup during check-in. There was no one at the reception when we arrived, frustrating. It took a while to get help, and it would have been easier if they had more staff available during busy hours.

missingWrote a review on 02 Auginteresting decorlively atmospherenoise issues
The rooms offer a unique vibe with plenty of interesting decor. The hotel seems to have a lively atmosphere, especially with the communal spaces available to relax in after a day of exploring.
Noise issues are a major drawback. You can hear ventilation pipes clattering above you during the day, and even at night, the sound of party music from the restaurant carries into the rooms. The location feels a bit disconnected, requiring a lengthy walk to reach main attractions, which can be tedious. The door sensor alarm frequently goes off, requiring some effort to get it to stop.

the hotel got a mini bar you can trust for drinks after a long day. the showers need an upgrade because both spray you at once.

I stayed in a spacious double room. I enjoyed the large desk for working and the clean amenities. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and I appreciated the shared kitchen. I had a nice time relaxing in the lounge after a day out. One minor issue was the noise from the nearby restaurant, but it did not interrupt my sleep. My accent did stand out. I'm sure the locals knew I was from New York.
